What You’ll Do:
As the face of our service department, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcome.
- Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues accurately.
- Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Preparing detailed service estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Maintaining accurate service records and billing information.
- Helping customers stay on top of future maintenance needs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience with service management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
